Artwork and products inspired by the nature of Dartmoor

Dartmoor Wren is an illustration shop created by me, Jose G Kenyon, an illustrator based in beautiful Dartmoor, UK. I take all my inspiration from the nature around me, through all weather and seasons, from cheeky little wrens to Dartmoor ponies, from tiny little mushrooms to the biggest tors. I'm very fortunate to live in such an amazing part of the world and can't wait to share what's inspired me so far.

When I'm not out exploring Dartmoor with my rescue dog Cinnamon you will usually find me at home in the studio, experimenting and playing with various materials to recreate what I've seen whilst out adventuring. Anything from watercolour and gouache paints, colour pencils, ink, charcoal - anything goes when I'm working with my hands. I also use Procreate to make repeat patterns for fabric, taking my hand drawn pieces and creating something that sparks joy when I craft fabric products from my own designs.
