My name is Stacy and I’m the owner, designer, creator and maker behind the ever so friendly brand, ‘darn dinosaur’. I create colourful handmade soft toys from my own original designs to inspire the imaginations of little explorers, adventurers and dreamers. Using only Toy Safety Standard compliant materials and construction techniques, every toy courageously wears a CE mark meaning they are completely safe for all ages from birth.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
‘darn dinosaur’ hopes that you will be over-the-moon happy with your order, however if for any reason you are not, please contact us immediately.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, ‘darn dinosaur’ will provide a full refund (including the original postage cost) if the item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the item. The item must be in it's original condition and packaging. ‘darn dinosaur’ reserves the right to make a deduction in the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of the buyer handling the goods more than necessary. Please note, we cannot refund the returns postage or any duties and taxes incurred. Please obtain proof of postage when returning an item.
If you notice the item to be damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately. On receipt and inspection of the item, we will refund the original item cost, together with the original postage and returns postage, if appropriate. The buyer will have to pay the returns postage, in the first instance. Please include a copy of your receipt for the returns postage and please obtain proof of postage when returning an item.
Unfortunately, 'darn dinosaur' cannot take responsibility or provide refunds for any items that are lost in the post on their return to us.
