I Andrew Cunningham am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Returns:
I take great pride and care when designing and making my designs. For this reason I will only send out a product to you if I am completely satisfied and happy with the quality and overall finish. If you are unhappy with a product you receive I do accept returns. You must notify me within 14 days of receiving the product and return it, unused in its original packaging. A refund will be issued on receipt of the returned item if it conforms to the above conditions. I am sorry but I do not accept returns for custom orders.
Damaged or undelivered items:
In the unlikely event that an item is not delivered or arrives damaged, I will send a replacement to you. If the item is damaged while being posted to you, please notify me within 7 days and provide photographic evidence of the condition of the item and the packaging so I can take the issue up with the courier/royal mail. I will then contact you with instructions/what to do next.
all clock mechanisms are guaranteed for 1 year. if a mechanism stops working within that year a replacement mechanism will be issued.
damaged incurred through misuse,dropping or general wear and tear of any product is not covered by the above terms.
if a product purchased from me requires repair or adjustment (beyond the year guarantee for clock mechanisms or the 14 days for general returns) i do offer a repair service depending on the nature and severity of the damage. But charges will be incurred for this repair service including postage costs to return to me and subsequent returning postage costs to you.
