Buying from me
I enjoy the whole process of creating crochet items, from first entering a wool shop or perusing an online shop, then having the yarn in my hand, right through to the excitement of deciding what to make, starting the first few stitches. I love watching the item take shape and grow before me as I hook away.
All items in the shop will be shipped within 2 working days. Any custom requests will take longer and may be made new completely.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Buyer is responsible for all taxes or duty payable in buyer's country.
