Crafty Clay

Handcrafted ceramics inspired by the beauty of nature and the soul of art.

For 25 years, I built my career in marketing, driven by creativity, resilience, and a passion for turning ideas into meaningful experiences—including 19 rewarding years with the WPP Group of Companies. I loved the energy of advertising: shaping ideas, telling stories, and creating work that connected with people.

But life had other plans—cancer abruptly halted my journey in advertising, forcing me to navigate uncharted waters. Moving to the UK became a journey of rediscovery, one that led me to an unexpected yet fulfilling path—pottery. In the delicate balance of clay and fire, I found healing, purpose, and a newfound love for creation. From this passion, Christabelle Howie’s Creations was born, culminating in the successful establishment, where I now teach pottery. What began as a personal journey of reinvention has become a source of inspiration for others in the larger community around me —a testament to the power of resilience, transformation, and the beauty of new beginnings.

Buying from me

Every piece I create is inspired by the beauty, textures, and forms I discover in nature. From hand-sculpted and wheel-thrown ceramics to lovingly glazed and hand-crafted pieces, each creation is made slowly, thoughtfully, and with passion. I only make pieces that I would be proud to have in my own home, so when you choose one of my ceramics, you’re bringing something truly unique, personal, and handmade into yours. Bring a little piece of nature, artistry, and love into your home.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully received, cancellations are accepted only within 2 days of payment.

After this 2-day period, the order cannot be cancelled and is not eligible for return or refund. This applies to all products unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us within 2 days of payment with your order number and relevant details.
