Printmaker, artist and designer inspired by nature and the world around us

I am a Suffolk based artist and designer who works on art and design inspired by the outdoors and the natural world. I am trained in printed textile design and spent much of my career developing home furnishing ranges. I have a contemporary, graphic style and have turned my hand to creating artwork in acrylic on canvas, lino printing, watercolour and pen and ink.

I enjoy travel and take my sketchbook out with me when I can, I like to capture moments in my sketchbook and build a variety of sketches which inspire creativity.

Working with colours to create mood and feeling is also very important, whether I have designed a piece of work for a child or created a lino print colour plays a hugely important part and with a background in textile design and colouration I have an understanding of fashion trends and which colours work harmoniously.
