Buying from me
I lovingly craft my own jewellery designed with sterling silver, pearls, gemstones and glass. I can produce bracelets, necklaces, earrings and create a variation of designs for all occasions.
Everyone has different tastes and styles that they prefer. As a result of this, I run a same same, but different? policy. Where if you see something that you like, but would rather it in a different colour or design for example, I can accommodate the desired choice to suit individual needs.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
