Hi I am Claire and I am the owner and creator of CLACreates, I am a mum of 5 children, 2 cats and a frenchie, I am also a Nursing Assistant for the NHS (this is a destressing activity for me) I handmake all of my items from a little north eastern town in Northumberland

I make mainly christmas ornaments and custom orders are also something I offer, each of my items are unique to my customers and are lovingly handcrafted with due care and attention

I am an artist that loves to make cute little goodies in the form of jewellery and decorations I also turn my hand to other crafts like printing and papercrafts aswell as personalised gifts

My favourite time of the year is christmas so I make alot of christmas goodies too

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
