To buy something you don't need to register with Folksy but, if you do, you will be able to view your order history, contact sellers via the Folksy messaging service and leave feedback.
To buy something, select 'Add to Basket' on the item page and it will be added to your shopping basket which is displayed at the top of each page.
Please email or telephone with any enquiries you may have - I may be able to alter any designs to suit your personal choices so please don't hesitate to ask.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
