DELIVERY

All items are dispatched using Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class with a signature on delivery for peace of mind. The relevant tracking number will be emailed to you.

RETURNS

For health and hygiene purposes I only accept returns if the item is damaged or not as described. I do my best to give accurate descriptions/ photographs but if you have any questions at all, please get in touch.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
