I began crafting many years ago, I started the Hope and Chances blog in 2009 and as a business in 2011. First love was die cutting and papercraft. Like many crafters I started from from a dining table. I progressed to a conservatory, studio, shop and log cabin. I have now downsized and have the perfect armchair in my home in Kent. You can find me sat there most evenings knitting socks and crocheting pretty large blankets,

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
