1. Customization:
All items are handmade, allowing for customization based on your preferences. Feel free to share your preferences to personalize your order.
2. Shipping Time:
I aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. For specific shipping times, please check the product details or contact me for more information.
3. Returns and Exchanges:
If unsatisfied, contact me within 7 days for a no-questions-asked return, excluding custom-made items which are non-returnable.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
