All photos are my own, and I strive to show you a true representation of what my items look like. I’ll upload new photos as and when I make new charms, but if there’s something you particularly want me to make just ask. I’ll make every effort for you, without the expectation that you will buy it - but I’ll try my hardest to make something you can’t resist!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
