Hello I’m NanaSue and the picture is my cat Tasha
I love to make….anything sewn, crocheted, embroidered or knitted
I like crocheting blankets while I’m relaxing in the evening and I usually sew during the daytime while it’s lighter
I did start to do English Patchwork Piecing but after making the hexies I got a bit fed up and couldn’t decide how to put them together so now I make the hexies for others to join up and that is proving to be popular!
I really like embroidering on felt and making shapes to stuff or fill with lavender I have a selection of Christmas ornaments and lavender hearts as well as other lavender sachets
I also like making patchwork quilts as well as smaller quilted advent calendars which could become family heirlooms
I’m always happy to take requests for personalised items such as a name patch on an advent calendar or adding a name to an embroidered item please don’t hesitate to ask there could be something I’ve not though of but could turn out to be really good
