Most of my items are made to order. I am happy for custom orders, if you see something you like but would like it in another colour I will be more than happy to make it for you (subject to stock availability).
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you are not completely happy with the items you have purchased please contact Bumbles within 3 days from receipt of the goods with a reason as to why you will be returning the item.
All items must be returned unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging. ANY CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
You will be liable for the cost of the return postage unless the wrong item was sent by Bumbles, of which we shall refund the cost of the postage.
No refunds will be given on items returned after 14 days.
It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage for returned items, as Bumbles will not compensate any items lost or damaged in the post.
