You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

A beautifully handcrafted oak candleholder that you will want to hold and explore with your hands and eyes before putting to use. This order was actually sent to a friend for her birthday, so she wasn't allowed to open the parcel yet, but as I already have one myself, I was sure this would be an excellent addition to her dinner table. Order and delivery process were smooth.
