Hello, I’m Oksana, the maker and artist behind BritishHandmadeArt, based in Essex, UK.

I create handmade furniture, folding step stools, original paintings and unique art objects for individual interiors. Every piece is designed, made or carefully transformed by hand, with close attention to construction, finish and detail.

I am inspired by natural wood, warm earthy colours, traditional craftsmanship and the character of British interiors. I enjoy combining practical design with artistic details to create pieces that are both useful and distinctive.

Many of my designs can be customised in different colours and finishes. I also welcome bespoke enquiries and enjoy creating special pieces for individual homes.
