Buying from me

I usually make each bead to order.
I have plenty of materials to make each bead listed but an individual bead is completed once an order has been placed so there can be up to 5 days to turn around an order.
Please talk to me if this is inconvenient as I will always try and work with a customer's needs.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
