Hand thrown ceramics celebrating the beauty of nature, through distinctive designs, and creative surface decoration.

Hello!

I'm never happier than when I'm covered in clay. I've been hooked since high school and went on to do a HND in figurative sculpture at Stafford College.

Life got in the way, as it often does, and after another stint in uni I became a primary school teacher. I still am, although part time.

A few years ago I decided that it was definitely time to get my hands dirty again and I bought myself a second hand wheel and kiln. I then taught myself to throw and I absolutely love it!

Decoration wise, I am totally inspired by the animals and plants that live and grow around the area in which I live. In particular the beautiful waxcap mushrooms! And bees, I also keep bees!

I like to decorate my work in a few different ways. I've never been very good at sticking to one style, I have tried!

I really hope you see something that you like!
