Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Requests for returns/refunds for the following returns shall not be entertained:
- any items that were on sale
- any "Ready To Ship" items
- any items that have been customised/personalised
- any items that appear (slightly) different in colour [either due to different display monitor/screen settings, or any striations/markings on natural gemstones]
- any items that have been damaged or broken due to improper care

Please return all items in their original packaging and via a tracked service to avoid any possible losses etc.
