We have lived in beautiful Norfolk now for the past 16 years and my makings are inspired by nature, wildlife..the universe..well everything really!!
In summer I work in my lovely little cabin (pictured above) and in winter, by the log burner...bliss!!

Unique needle felted and mixed media pieces made for you to love., and in some cases to wear! At home in both modern and traditional settings.
I enjoy making characters with character!! and endeavour to make them whimsical and endearing.
The brooches are rich in colour, some are mini landscapes, but all are wearable art.
My mixed media pieces are both colourful and fun, and are sure to brighten the dullest of days.
I love the slow, repetative nature of both needle felting and the adding of detail in my mixed media pieces.

I have been an obsessive maker since childhood, but didn't have the opportunity to go to art college, (Kent Institute of Art and Design), until I was 40, where I studied ceramics and completed an HND in 3D design. After 24 years making and teaching ceramics my body told me it was time for a change! It was at this time that I was fortunate enough to discover needle felting, of which I am a self taught & also began working in mixed media.
