Our Processing time is currently 1-3 days. UK shipping is 2nd Class (Unless stated otherwise) and can take between 3-5 days to arrive. International shipping can take up to 15 days to arrive.
We don't currently ship to the EU or EEA territory's due to new GPSR rules.
Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase, items must be returned in original packaging & buyer covers return postage.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
