Hello, from Emma at AzhdelaDesign.
We are a small family business, crafting our designs and products at our home studio based near the Scottish border in Cumbria, north of the wall. Our local landscapes, and history are a big inspiration for us and we started out sketching scenes of Hadrian's Wall, testing and trialling them on our laser engraver printer to create our own bespoke range of coasters, magnets and keyrings as souvenirs for walkers and tourists. We work predominantly with wood and natural products, using sustainably sourced materials, and biodegradable packaging.
Our products are in a range of places in Cumbria and the borders, many uniquely designed for places of special historical interest, museums, regional and national walks.
We are assisted in our endeavours by two cats Sam who is in charge of cardboard packaging quality, usually to be found testing its structural integrity, and the consistency of our box sizes, and Oscar his brother who is our chief mouser in charge of pest control, and enforcing computer screen breaks.
