Hi my name is Angela, Ava is my young border collie who accompanies on my walks in nature which is where I create new ideas.

I taught myself to sew after the passing of my mother, and found it to be the most therapeutic way to come to terms with my grief and have never looked back.

I'm a part time reflexologist and holistic therapist, treating women and children of all ages. Around my practice I love to sew and craft throughout the seasons. Look out for my embroidery gifts coming soon.

I love family time, reading, cooking, hiking, music and particularly creating.
