Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Please Note: Items can only be returned for a refund or replacement if they are damaged, misprinted or otherwise defective upon receipt.
If you receive an item that is damaged in some way please contact us via Folksy with a picture of the damaged product. Once we have confirmed the issue we will advise you on how to return your item.
At this point you will be offered a replacement of the damaged item or a refund for the cost of the damaged item. Thank you.
