My name is Leonie and I'm an avid reader and Netflix binger who wanted to bring some of the things I love to life, in a different way! I'm 28 years old and live in Chesterfield, Derbyshire with my boyfriend and our dog Fergus.

I am a true 'cottage industry' in that all my candles are made at home in my kitchen. All my candles are inspired by books I've read, tv shows and films that I've watched. This way I can be sure that the scent I'm creating is true to the character or scene its inspired by!

I'm Leonie, owner and maker at Ash and Quill Candles. I've been making candles for six months and they've become really popular. You might have seen them on Instagram, Tumblr or Twitter.

All my candles are hand poured and made to order, they are unique in that they have a self trimming wick, the purest soy wax with minimal frosting and no tunnelling. All my fragrances have excellent scent throws and I have a huge range of fragrances so you can even customise your own candle!

I'm very easy to talk to and absolutely mad about books so feel free to drop me a message with any questions or queries. All my candles are vegan friendly, eco friendly and cruelty free. They are available in two sizes, 7oz in a glass jam jar or 3.5oz in a small metal tin.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
