I have loved fabric and sewing for as long as I can remember, cutting up my Dad's old shirts to make clothes for my Sindy doll. These days I love searching local markets and sales, for vintage fabric and textiles to repurpose, ready to create something new and unique.
I live in Norfolk with my husband, sons and a cat and I like nothing better than to escape to my sewing machine or hunt out the bargains at my local market!

Gorgeous little pincushion insert for my vintage eggcup that was my dad's as a child. As it was precious, Mel suggested not posting it to her, and she used the measurements and photo I sent. She created a beautifully embroidered and well stuffed top that fits perfectly, without the need for glue.
Looking forward to using it every day.
