Buying from me
I carve everything by hand, either with hand tools or on a small wood lathe. All my wood is ethically sourced, mostly from the local area in the Scottish Borders.
I try to ship all items within a day and I’m happy to take commissions, just get in touch and I will see what I can do and let you know how long it will take (usually about a week if I’m not busy).
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
