My name is Mae, and I’m a UK-based illustration artist with a background in art.
Having graduated, I went on to build a career working as a designer for large brands.
My real passion has always been Illustrating, inspired by my love of travel.
I launched at the beginning of 2020, offering an affordable, high-quality, unique collection of wall art.
My goal is to reconnect us to the natural beauty around us, reduce stress levels, and restore our equilibrium.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Digital downloads
Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated delivery times
United Kingdom: 2-4 business days
North America: 6-12 business days
Europe: 3-11 business days

I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
