I recently got more involved with art as therapy, I have fibromyalgia and I find the process relaxing and joyful.

The more I paint the better I feel, i just go with the flow. I paint at home using all mediums, I particularly

love abstract , a great way of expressing yourself. I'm just discovering this new past time and hope you will glimpse
