All Items are designed & handcrafted by me at home in the Wye Valley, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. In my processes I aim to keep waste to a minimum & all packaging is recycled, recyclable & sustainable. I also use recycled silver for my sterling silver pieces & up-cycled beads where possible.
Items are packaged ready to gift & if you prefer I can send direct to the recipient & include a hand written note.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
