At Woolly Good Stuff you can buy beautiful accessories, handmade using only natural fibres. All the designs are my own; some are stocked or “repeatable”, some of the items are one-off. Please check shipping times carefully as these vary from time to time.
I also sell knitting patterns - again, my own original, unique designs. These are instant download pdf.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase you may return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that the goods are in saleable condition and all packaging is intact.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage, and for the cost of sending out a replacement item if one is required. We recommend that you return goods using recorded delivery or similar “signed for” service, as we cannot accept responsibility if your returns go missing.
Our quality control standards are very high, but if your goods are faulty, we will happily refund the cost of return postage.
This policy does not apply to custom orders, which are non-returnable unless the goods are faulty.
