Highly recommended. A truly bespoke and personal service. Jo’s communication and customer service skills are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble. We ordered a Christening Memory Box to be used as a Memory Box for our Father for our recently deceased Mother’s Sympathy Cards. Jo designed Freesias, my mum’s favourite flower especially for our box. We received draft pictures of the design to review and approve along with pictures of the completed box prior to dispatch. We received our box in less than a week. Our Father was overwhelmed by the gift we presented to him. Everything about the service you provided and the box itself exceeded our expectations.
