Not enough wool in the kit to finish the cardigan. Item didn't arrive for a long time. Always have to message the seller to ask if item has been posted . Nothing is posted on time. Not good customer service from this seller.

I really enjoyed making this Christmas fairy! The instructions were easy to follow and beautifully illustrated. I am not the best at stitching but I took my time and have made a beautiful fairy that I absolutely love and I am going to put her on top of my Christmas tree! Everything you need to make the fairy is included inside the kit!

Hmm, think this was bit of an impulse purchase. Instructions are sparse - I think a video tutorial would be most helpful but can’t find one. The supplies are good but with little knowledge on how to start creating I’m not sure I’ll be able to make it. Shame as they look so pretty but perhaps a bit too dainty and delicate for my skills

I was disappointed that the kit did not contain the yarn needed for the arms of the mouse. The seller said she would send some and I should have said yes but didn't. I don't knit and don't have yarn around, so I had to go buy some. Also, I wasn't aware that knitting would be involved for the scarf, or I would have gotten a different kit. Otherwise, the mouse is adorable!

I bought 2 of these kits, one as a gift and one for me. I’ve have not made mine yet but have opened it and I’m so excited to start. Lovely quality materials and great photo instructions as well as written instructions. They were also brilliant value in the sale. Think Imay order more when I have made this one.

Received the item, it was lovely but I was disappointed with the packaging, I was expecting it to be sturdier. I had to do a lot of straightening out. On doing this it’s left a crease in one of the ears that won’t go.
