Firstly, thank you for stopping by. To keep your costs down, all my postage prices are the UK minimum for the item's size & weight and are priced as Second Class post in the UK and Untracked for overseas mail. Do let me know if you'd like a faster or custom postage quotation. I aim to pack and dispatch all orders the same day (7-10 days for making & sending custom orders).

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
