I, Wendy Lightfoot, am the data controller of your personal information in relation to my shop.

When you place an order with me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. These details will only be used to process and deliver your order or to address any queries you may have regarding that order. If you contact me using the Folks contact button, I will receive your username and email address.

Your data will only be shared under specific circumstances: to process your order or to comply with legal requirements. I will never use or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose outside of these circumstances, nor will I add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:

• With Folksy to fulfill my obligations.

I will retain your details only as long as necessary to process the transaction and will securely store any data collected during this time. Personal data related to orders or customer inquiries will be kept for six years, after which it will be deleted from my records.

You have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, request changes or deletion of that data, and lodge a complaint with the ICO if you believe there is an issue with how I handle your information.
