Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
---Custom Made Orders---(orders amended from my usual style and design e.g. having a name, symbol or other customisation on them)
Where items are custom made to your specification the price will be agreed before work takes place.
It is the customer's responsibility to check spelling, punctuation and capitalisation of any customisation at the time of ordering. I may ask for clarification of this via direct message.
The cost of the item will not increase during making unless you change something during making. Any additional costs will be notified at the time.
I try to involve you in every step of the making progress so that we are both happy with the end result.
You are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period for customised orders, however to ensure speed of service I generally begin processing your order within 1-2 working days from the order being placed. However f you cancel your custom order and I have begun making the product I will deduct any costs incurred (materials & labour) from any refund.
Once shipped custom orders cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Our return policy does not apply to custom orders
