I never received the card, so question whether it was actually made, and after much and chasing designer and contacting Folksy, got a refund. Was badly let down, will not use this designer ever again.

I recently ordered a birthday card from folksy.It was a circus picture and could be personalised with the child’s name and age and also if it was for son or grandson ect .I got an email saying it had been dispatched but 9 days later I still hadn’t received it , so I got in touch with The maker of the card and she said it sounded like it had got lost and said she would make another and send it registered post it arrived to days later and it was very good of her to do it but the card wasn’t quite as good as the picture on the one shown on the website. Maybe she had to rush it a bit as it was all a bit last minute. It was still good of her to send it registered post and so quickly though .

Love the design, however the paper cutting skills require a little more care and attention! Quite disappointed at the finish on parts of the card.

I couldn't access the tools to enter the personalised details inside the card,but Carole emailed me and asked what the details were, and she put them in for me.There was a delay by Royal mail in delivering the card (posted on the 12th first class, received on the 18th) which was outwith Carole's control. So our Great Grandson will get his personalised card on his birthday the 21st of February. Excellent service and customer care.

I'd leave Carole at Waterlily Designs ten stars if I could! What a palaver we had getting this card order to me. The first two got lost in the post. But Carole persisted and the third one (sent recorded delivery) got to me in the nick of time. The card is beautiful, the quality and workmanship excellent.
