Buying from me

Hello, my name is Julie Grimes, welcome to my shop WaldiMint where I sell my quirky, custom portraits, prints and cards. I draw using a mix of traditional and digital techniques. For custom orders I draw from your photos, Whilst I am creating your portrait I like to keep in contact with you, and will send you drafts to check you are happy with the way the portrait is developing. Once it's finished it is printed and carefully packed to ensure it reaches you safely.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
