Venus Scribbles has Landed!

Hi there! Welcome to my shop! I hope you're comfortable, oh! And here's a cup of tea for you! Don't mind the cats, I like to think of them as my studio assistants. They're not very helpful though, they tend to sleep on the job.
You might notice how colourful all of my art is! Colour is the heartbeat of my creations and the inspiration that keeps me creating. I specialise in painting and digital art, two mediums that I adore for creating magical work. You might also notice animals as a reccuring theme and subject! Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, they are our friends and muses, keeping us company in the darkest of times, as such it feels only fitting to immortalise them in art!

As for my training, I grew up with pencils in my hand, and smears of paint on my clothes, and not much has changed! I strudied art and design in high school and college, before diverting for a time in university to study Art History. This time in my life has had a huge impact on the work I produce today, often referencing historical artworks in my own creations. After University I spent a long time figuring out what it is I need to do. After a bout of not-so-great mental health I began furiously scrawling through sketchbooks until I decided to truly give being an artist a shot! And here we are! I truly hope you enjoy my work.
