Lilliy Valerie is a Sussex based artist and oil painter. She has studied fine art, where she cultivated her practice to focus on exploring personal and feminist narratives within history, myth and the occult. Her work depicts the reclamation of female characters originally written through the male gaze, where she transforms their stories into empathic retellings that explore rage, sexual desire, violence and divine power.
