Zahra, designer/maker and owner of UrbanPlumStudio, I make jewellery for both women and men. We are unique because we are different.We also have a bespoke service (handmade on demand) at no extra cost, all our designs are unique and the jewellery made with love and care with you the costumer in mind. Material we use are leather,suede,chains, cords and wire, we use all types of beads.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
