My items are hand crafted and can be sized for you. Each item come in a jewellery box or bag ready to be given as a gift and I ship first class signed for on the next working day.If you try it and don't like it just send it back within 14 days and you'll get a full refund for your purchase from me. To be clear I do not cover your return postage cost.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
