Buying from me

I offer customisation on all my products and feltmaking supplies. If you would like something different just ask I'm happy to accommodate if I can. Shipping times are 3-7 days unless stated otherwise. All my work is made with natural products where possible like wool, paper, dried flowers and silk. I use recycled and recyclable packaging, the environment is really important in my work. I work from my home studio in North Yorkshire growing and handpicking all my flowers for my work.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
