Buying from me
Your jewellery will be posted to you and will arrive in a recyclable cardboard box or cotton bag - keeping the precious contents safe inside.
All the metals that are used to make your jewellery is recycled and I try and source the most sustainable stones that I can to suit the piece.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Due to the nature of earrings sales, I'm afraid earrings cannot be returned.
