Every watch in my shop is unique & can be custom ordered in any size. All watches will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post Free Of Charge (watches only, not including watch necklaces & bag charms) in the Uk. Every piece of jewellery is battery operated & has a battery included and will be sent in a small organza gift bag or you can purchase a handmade gift box for £1.00 Extra.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
