    Michelle who delt with me was brilliant and couldn't do enough to help and did so quickly. The charm bracelet's are lovely and i'm happy with them. The chain does appear slighty different from the photo, but this is just down to the way it's photographed. Will purchase more from this lovely lady. Thank you Michelle

Buying from me

All of my jewellery is handmade in my small workshop in Yorkshire, using sterling silver, crystals, gemstones and pearls. Each piece is individually crafted and designed to last a lifetime so that it's guaranteed to be a gift that will be totally cherished...forever.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I am certain that your jewellery will be something that is totally cherished for life. However, if you have any problems, then let me know within 7 days of receipt and I will be happy to exchange your item, or arrange a refund.
