Fun knits for cool kids!

I stumbled across an old knitting machine in a charity shop that I couldn't resist and so, with my head overflowing with ideas, my knitting journey began... After lots of frustration, broken yarn, YouTube videos, hitting it with a hammer a few times, then breaking it up for spare parts and buying another slightly less battered version on eBay...The path of true love never did run smooth!

I love simple designs with a retro feel, lots of colour and pattern. I'm inspired by everyday objects and love playing with scale. I work on the dining room table with a dreamy view of the garden and birds, making fun, funky and functional knits for cool kids.
The softest lambswool I use for most of the pieces is spun and dyed in Yorkshire. Wool repels dirt, is strong, warm and durable; these are pieces to be handed down and treasured.
