The foundation of Tilly's is based on quality, natural ingredients and most importantly no chemicals. All our products are homemade to our special recipe. We use ony essential oils to fragrance our products. The oils used are infused with beneficial herbs such as calendula and chamomile which pass their healing properties onto the products. All the packaging is recyclable
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 14 days after your products have been delivered.
If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the item/items, then you must return the item/items to us. The products should be returned in a reasonable condition and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service.
Due to hygienic reasons you can not return the item/expect a refund when you have used the products. However, your rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.
