The Woolley Bits hand knitted special baby things for special baby people

Hello, my name is Dale, I am retired and have been for a few years, I live in Scotland, beautiful place but could be said to be biased. I love listening to music, TV or some of it and walking, especially with my two dogs, one of which is a youngster, who keeps me on my toes. I also love knitting, mainly hand knitting and have started to learn to crochet, through the lockdowns.

I started knitting when I was expecting my first baby, my Mum and Aunty gave me my first present, they said, a knitting pattern, needles and wool, then started teaching me, this was along time ago but it was the best thing ever. I knit as it seems to be calming, especially with life's up and downs plus the extraordinary times that we are all living in. Plus the lovely colours and wools that are available now, are too tempting not to buy.

So that is how the idea came, to knit special things for special people. I hope you like what I have produced, and as I am just learning how to use Folksy and using the computer for selling rather than browsing, I might be a little slow.
